My Philosophy for End of Life Celebrations
Funerals, Memorial Services and Celebrations of Life honor the person who died and allow the living to say goodbye, express their grief and share treasured memories of their loved one. A good funeral is a unique, personalized ceremony that celebrates the life of the departed person, comforts those left behind and builds connection and support to begin the process of healing from this loss.
I offer Secular Services for those with no religious affiliation.
I offer Buddhist ceremonies, Shamanic and Alternative services.
As the celebrant, I focus on an atmosphere of compassion and kindness. The ceremony may be complex or simple. We create it together to reflect who the person was and how their loved ones want to say goodbye. My intent is to help people to feel seen, heard, cared for and supported in this process. Mourners can walk away feeling they have done something very difficult but necessary and very good.
